Hi, I am Ruben!
I am a former competitive boxer (that’s why there’s a glove in the logo!) and an avid soccer player.
One of the most common questions I’d hear from my gym buddies was about nutrition. Truth is, I wasn’t always sure what to eat before or after my workouts either.
I’ve always been big on natural nutrition and prefer a plant-based diet. And since I was constantly rushing from work to training, convenience became key.
A protein bar just made sense — it’s portable, mess-free, and easy to grab on the go.
That’s why I created Glove Crafted — I couldn’t find a bar that worked for both my performance and my gut. Most were either chalky, sticky, or had the same boring flavours. I wanted something clean and plant-based, easy on digestion, and genuinely enjoyable to eat.
Plus, some of my family members have food allergies, so it was important to create something that would be safe for them too.
